Savory cookies with feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach
Savory cookies are a great change from the usual appetizers! Here, we've made them with feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and a little fresh spinach for a simple, soft, and flavorful version. The dough comes together in minutes, you shape the cookies, bake them… and then simply serve them while still warm.

- 1 egg
- 50g of plain yogurt
- 2.5 cl of olive oil
- 125g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 100 g of feta cheese
- 50g of sundried tomatoes (in a jar)
- 30g of fresh spinach

Method · 22 min
- Add the olive oil, egg and yogurt to a bowl.
- Mix until a smooth paste is obtained.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper and mix.
- Incorporate the remaining ingredients: feta, spinach (chopped) and previously chopped sundried tomatoes.
- Shape the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are well spaced apart. Bake for 17 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven.
