Goldhelm Ganache Chocolate – Handmade indulgence with a message

The Goldhelm chocolate factory follows precisely this philosophy. Here, handcrafted chocolate is created that is more than just a treat – it is an expression of attitude, quality, and genuine craftsmanship. One of their specialties: the ganache – delicately filled, artfully packaged, and made with love.

From the Krämerbrücke to the countryside

The Grand Cru cocoa beans for the ganache come from the Mateo Pumacahaua cooperative. Harvested by small family farms in the Peruvian jungle and fermented there, they are processed in Thuringia into unique chocolate – hand-scooped and filled with a fine praline filling.

Ganache pralines – a unique product with soul

The Goldhelm Ganache is a specialty with a delicate praline filling and a shell of the finest dark jungle chocolate. It is based on an exclusive recipe by Alex Kühn and is crafted with care and attention to detail by experienced chocolatiers. Only natural ingredients are used – many of which come directly from the chocolate factory or from regional farmers.

A special feature: Each ganache is accompanied by a short poem written by Alex Kühn himself. He also created the accompanying illustrations. This makes each variety a holistic composition of taste, text, and image.

"Life is often hard, not always so French and tender. But if you get lemon again, you still have a choice: Crème Brûlée, lightly flambéed, makes life hurt less."
