A dollop of crème fraîche or plain yogurt can complement the sweetness of figs with a touch of acidity. A scoop of vanilla ice cream alongside a slice of warm pie offers a wonderful contrast of flavors and temperatures. You can also add a savory dimension with cheese, such as goat cheese, blue cheese, or brie, which pair perfectly with figs.
