Our oven-baked fish pie made with puff pastry is truly special. It's simple to make and beautifully crafted. We take salmon fillet—preferably salmon or trout—and layer it raw in large chunks into the filling. And the golden crust of puff pastry will hide a wholesome dinner worthy of a holiday feast.
