- We put the water to boil.
- We placed the tail, the flank steak, the lamb ribs, the apple bone, the dried meat, the celery, the leek, crushed garlic, allspice and some salt.
- When the meat is tender, remove it from the pot.
- In another pot we make a dressing with onion and garlic.
- When it's golden brown, add the meats and the broth.
- We add the potatoes, the chuños and the oats.
- We stir and let it cook.
- Add the cabbage when the potatoes are cooked.
- We add a splash of milk and salt.
- We serve and accompany with llatan.
