Peaches in honey with cream are a simple dessert to make using simple ingredients, but oh so delicious! Everyone's used to baked apples, but baked peaches are just as good, if not better. They caramelize in the oven, the honey turns into syrup, and when served with a delicate cream cheese frosting, they'll give any pastry a run for its money. In fact, these fragrant peaches with their honey flavor and cream can easily be considered pastries—that's exactly what they should be in summer! They're simple, quick, and in season, it's a shame not to make them.

Any baked good with peaches is wonderful, whether it's an upside-down pie or a charlotte, a buttery sponge cake with peach pieces, or a luxurious open pie in which peach halves are laid out on top of a fragrant...

The most common peach preserves are compotes and jams. This is familiar and understandable. Peach jam is made in various ways, both quick and slow. In the first case, the peaches remain almost...

Our peach jam with pits could easily qualify as "haute cuisine" in the world of preserves, if such a thing existed. Judge for yourself! First, instead of sugar, we add wonderfully aromatic meadow honey. Second, we add a little rum to the jars of finished jam. Third, we add the pits—the inner part of the fruit, which tastes a bit like almonds, adds a more interesting, unusual texture to the jam. And fourth, if you ask your friends if they've tried something similar, the answer will likely be no. So, making something as exclusive as peach jam with pits is definitely worth the effort!

Pitted peach jam is a delicious treat that will brighten any autumn or winter evening and, for at least half an hour, will transport you back to summer, evoking its most memorable moments. This dish is quite simple and easy to prepare. The pits are easily removed, and peeling the peach skins is also a breeze. How exactly? Cut the peaches crosswise, place them in a colander, and rinse them with boiling water several times. Let them cool slightly to avoid burning yourself, and then remove the skins, which will easily separate from the flesh. Now it's a matter of technique! Prepare the pitted peach jam according to the recipe, pour into jars, and wait for your chance to enjoy!
