Ham, leek and mustard pinwheels

These

15 ml (1 tbsp) of butter

1 thinly sliced leek

Salt and pepper to taste

15 ml (1 tbsp) of Dijon mustard

15 ml (1 tbsp) of honey

30 ml (2 tbsp) of sour cream

450 g (1 lb) of pizza dough

8 slices of Olymel Black Forest smoked ham

250 ml (1 cup) of grated sharp cheddar cheese

Steps

In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the leek for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard with the honey and sour cream.

On a floured work surface, stretch the pizza dough into a 30 cm (12 in) square. Spread the sauce over the dough. Top with ham, leek, and cheese.

Roll the dough lengthwise, pressing firmly to form a cylinder. Cut the cylinder into twelve slices.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Oil the air fryer basket, then place half the rings inside, spacing them apart. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining rings.
