Turkey and pear pizza

Sliced ​​turkey is a convenient option for quick and easy weeknight meals. Here, we offer a turkey and pear pizza that excels at creating a delicious contrast between savory and slightly sweet flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough (450g)
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) of ricotta
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 packs of Olymel original cooked sliced ​​turkey breast, 150g each
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of grated mozzarella
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped walnuts
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of arugula

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 205 °C (400 °F).
  • On a lightly floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a circle about 30 cm (12 in) in diameter. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk the ricotta with 30 ml (2 tbsp) of honey. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the turkey pieces.
  • Spread the ricotta over the dough. Distribute three-quarters of the turkey, then top with pear and mozzarella.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is lightly browned. Remove from the oven.
  • Top the pizza with walnuts, rocket, and the remaining turkey slices. Drizzle with the remaining honey.
