Seriously, this is insane! Wow, this is amazing. It's perfect as a beer snack too!!! After eating some salty side dishes, taking a bite of this was just wow! I didn't have seasoned salt, so I added a little MSG along with the salt. Oh, and you need to add plenty of salt. A lot of water comes out when you marinate it, so I added a little salt right before eating. I really enjoyed it! It's super tasty.

It tastes similar to the cucumber tangtang I used to eat at lamb restaurants. My usual recipe used vinegar, sugar, and salt, but I followed this recipe today and it was too salty, so I had no choice but to add more sugar and vinegar. I don't usually eat bland food and enjoy the sweet and salty combination, so if you're average, start with only half the amount of salt and adjust the taste as you go.
