Pita pizza's met prosciutto

These pita pizzas with prosciutto are ready super fast! A really tasty snack for the weekend. You only need a handful of ingredients, but they immediately satisfy your pizza cravings. Because I can tell you, I have those cravings regularly.

This is also a super fun recipe to make with the kids. You just put all kinds of tasty toppings on the table and everyone can put together their own pizza. For example, you can add salami, or bell peppers and mushrooms. Actually, you can put anything on it that you like. Don't want to miss any more videos? Ingredients for 4 servings: 4 whole wheat pita breads, 4 tbsp tomato passata (strained tomato sauce), 1 tsp oregano, salt and pepper, 1 ball of mozzarella, 6 cherry tomatoes, 4 slices of prosciutto, 20 g arugula.

Here's how to make it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted).

Mix the passata with the oregano and some salt and pepper.

Spread the passata on the pitas. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and distribute it over the pitas.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and distribute them over the pitas.

Bake the pitas in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (fan oven) for 10 minutes.

Finally, distribute the prosciutto and arugula over the pita pizzas.
