Pulled pork or shredded pork in a Cookeo

- 600g of boneless pork shoulder (also called head or neck, depending on the butcher shop)
- 150 ml of water
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce (Perrins sauce or English sauce)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

- Prepare the marinade by mixing the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Paint the pork piece all over with the marinade.
- Pour the water directly into the Cookeo pot.
- Pressure cook for 45 minutes. Turn the meat over and program another 45 minutes of pressure cooking.
- When the cooking time is up, activate the Cookeo's "brown mode" and shred the meat using a spatula or two forks. Let the remaining liquid reduce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
