- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika (preferably from La Vera)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Shall
- Pepper
- A pinch of chili flakes (or chili pepper flakes)
- 1 mango
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 of a red bell pepper
- 1/4 of a red onion
- 10 g of fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, the juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Shall
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds (white and black)
Method · 43 min
- We mix the shrimp with the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili. We let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- We cut the mango and avocado into large cubes, and the red bell pepper and red onion into small pieces. We put everything in a salad bowl.
- We cook the marinated prawns in the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200°C, or for a few minutes in a frying pan. If the prawns are raw, we adjust the cooking time accordingly.
- Add the shrimp to the salad along with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Chop the fresh cilantro, squeeze the lime, and add everything to the salad.
- We mix the salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
