Coconut waffles
Method of preparation

- wafer crusts - 1 pack.
- sugar - 4 tbsp.
- sour cream - 200 g
- margarine - 200 g
- coconut flakes - 300 g
- condensed milk - 200 g
Method · 1 h
- Put the sugar and margarine in a saucepan and place on the stove to melt.
- Stir during this time.
- Add the cream and let the mixture boil.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool a bit.
- Pour in the condensed milk, stir.
- After a few more minutes, add the coconut, stir.
- While the mixture is not completely cooled, spread it on the wafer crusts, stacking them one on top of the other.
- Spread the last row of homemade waffles with cream.
- Leave the coconut waffles in the refrigerator to firm up.
Put the sugar and margarine in a saucepan and place on the stove to melt.
Stir during this time.
Add the cream and let the mixture boil.
Remove from the heat and let it cool a bit.
Pour in the condensed milk, stir.
After a few more minutes, add the coconut, stir.

Spread the last row of homemade waffles with cream.
Leave the coconut waffles in the refrigerator to firm up.
