Chocolate banana waffles

- wafer crust - 1 large sheet
- bananas - 5 pcs. chocolate (sweet, store-bought)
- sugar - 60 g
- vanilla sugar - 2 packs.
- fresh milk - 150 ml
- cooking chocolate - 100 g
- margarine - 100 g
- hazelnuts - 150 g
Method · 40 min
- Wrap the waffle crust in a damp cloth and let it soften.
- Meanwhile, pour the fresh milk into a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and place on the stove. Boil until it boils.
- Then add the margarine, cooking chocolate and stir until well combined. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool.
- Add the ground hazelnuts to the lukewarm mixture. Stir. Unroll the wafer crust, spread the cream on it and spread evenly.
- Arrange the chocolate bananas on one end and roll up.
- Let it set. Cut into slices and serve with homemade waffles.
