- 6 slices of raclette cheese
- 200g of bacon bits

Method · 30 min
- Peel your potatoes and boil them for 20-25 minutes (depending on their size). Once cooked, dice the potatoes. Slice the raclette cheese.
- Fry the bacon in a pan, then drain it or place it on absorbent paper to absorb the grease.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking tray and spread the puff pastry on top. In the center, place the diced potatoes, the bacon, then the raclette cheese, taking care to leave at least 5 cm around the edges.
- Fold your dough in half to form a turnover and seal the edges well by gently rolling the dough with your fingers. Beat the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of water and brush it over the dough.
- Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
