Ingredients · Servings 4 people
  • 6 sheets of brick pastry
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 20g of butter
  • 6 slices of raclette cheese
Method · 15 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Cut your filo pastry sheet (circular) in half and brush it with melted butter using a pastry brush.
  2. On a cutting board, cut the bacon into small pieces. On one end of your half-circle of filo pastry, place some bacon and half a slice of raclette cheese.
  3. Fold the samosa and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Repeat the process until you have made all 12 samosas.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
