Oatmeal cookies: the easy recipe

Looking for an easy and delicious treat at home? Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and, in just a few steps, make some delightful chocolate chip cookies. Mix the ingredients, form 12 small balls per baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes. It's simple, quick, and perfect for treating the whole family at snack time.

Ingredients · Servings 8 people
  • 120g oat flakes
  • 240 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 150 g sucre roux
  • 120g soft butter
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Method · 10 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the oats, flour and sugars, then knead by hand with the eggs, yeast and butter. Then add the chocolate chips.
  3. Place small, slightly flattened balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them well apart. I make 12 per sheet.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes, no more, as they continue to cook after being removed from the oven.
