Turkey stir-fry with carrots

Delicious and well-balanced, this classic dish transcends generations without ever getting old. Simply keep an eye on the cooking time to achieve a perfectly tender turkey, combined with the sweetness of carrots in a flavorful and comforting stir-fry.

Ingredients · Servings 4 people
  • 400g turkey stir-fry
  • 2 shallots
  • 6 carrot units
  • olive oil
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 250 ml water
  • 200 ml light liquid whipping cream
  • salt, pepper
Method · 15 min
  1. Cut the turkey stir-fry into small cubes and sauté them with the chopped shallots in an oiled pan.
  2. Peel, wash and slice the carrots into thin rounds and add them to the veal stew. Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking over medium heat.
  3. When the carrots have released some juice, pour in the white wine and water. Continue to simmer over medium heat.
  4. When the carrots are almost cooked, add the heavy cream and sprinkle with a tablespoon of cornstarch to create a smooth sauce. Mix well and monitor the end of cooking.
  5. Serve very hot.

  • Light liquid fresh cream 200 ml.
