- 500g pork stir-fry, cut into pieces
- 20 cl cream
- 1 tbsp Francine duo flour
- Lesieur oil, tomato, garlic and parsley mixture

Method · 20 min
- Brown the pieces of meat in the oil, then set aside. In the same pot, sauté the onion, shallot, and mushrooms, then add the carrots, meat, and chicken stock.
