Pork stir-fry, blanquette style

Discover a generous and economical version of the classic dish: pork stew, blanquette style. A tender, creamy stew, enhanced with carrots and fresh mushrooms, ideal for a comforting and easy-to-prepare family meal.

Ingredients · Servings 4 people
  • 4 carrot units
  • 250 g champignon
  • 1 unit onion
  • 2 shallots
  • 500g pork stir-fry, cut into pieces
  • 20 cl cream
  • 1 tbsp Francine duo flour
  • Lesieur oil, tomato, garlic and parsley mixture
  • chicken broth
Method · 20 min
  1. Brown the pieces of meat in the oil, then set aside. In the same pot, sauté the onion, shallot, and mushrooms, then add the carrots, meat, and chicken stock.
  2. Simmer for about an hour. Add the cream and thicken to taste with flour.
