Tiramisu Oreo®: the easy recipe

Don't know what to do with your leftover cookies? Incorporate them into an ultra-indulgent dessert!

Ingredients · Servings 6 people
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 60 g sucre
  • 3 egg units
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • a few drops of vanilla flavoring
  • 100 ml milk
  • 16 Oreo biscuit units
  • 30g speculoos
  • cocoa powder or 4 crushed Oreos (optional decoration before serving)
Method · 15 min
  1. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the 3 egg yolks. Then stir in the mascarpone and mix well. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
  2. Crumble the speculoos cookies and place them in the bottom of the verrines (small glass serving dishes). In a bowl, combine the milk and vanilla. Dip the Oreo® cookies in the vanilla milk, then place them in your verrines, crushing them slightly. The number of cookies will depend on the size of your verrines, but 2 Oreo® cookies should be enough. Pour a little mascarpone cream into each verrine. Dip the remaining Oreo® cookies and finish by topping the verrines with the rest of the mascarpone cream.
  3. Place an Oreo® cookie in each glass of mascarpone for decoration. Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3 hours. Just before serving, decorate with a few crushed Oreo® cookies or cocoa powder.
