Banana pancakes

The art of using overripe bananas. These pancakes are a hit with both kids and adults. They have a unique taste.

Ingredients · Servings 2 people
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg unit
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tbsp flour (adjust according to desired consistency)
  • 25g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
Method · 5 min
  1. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Mix with the sugar. Beat the egg. Add the flour, salt, and milk. Beat well. Add the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  2. In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and butter. Pour in 1 tablespoon of banana batter. Spread it out. Cook.
  • Ripe bananas, 2 units
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1 unit
  • Flour (adjust according to desired consistency) 3 tbsp.
  • Butter 25 g
  • Salt, 1 pinch
