Small banana pancakes

For a snack, for breakfast, or even as a dessert accompanied by a fresh fruit salad.

Ingredients · Servings 6 people
  • 250 g flour
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder
  • 60g caster sugar
  • a little ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125g light cream
  • 2 ripe bananas
Method · 20 min
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, and yeast. Beat the eggs and add them. Then add the lukewarm milk, cream, and mashed bananas, mixing until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Cook the pancakes in a lightly buttered non-stick pan, making small mounds, for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
