- 20 g lemon juice
- 150 g milk
- 3 Bio-No

- 2 Tl Weinsteinbackpulver
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 Kill
- 8 dark chocolate squares
- 40 g maple syrup
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Method · 20 min
- Preheat the oven to 100°C, placing a baking tray on the middle rack to preheat as well. Add the bananas and lemon juice to the mixing bowl, blend for 8 seconds on speed 6, and scrape down the sides with a spatula.
- Add milk, eggs, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix for 15 seconds/speed 5.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan (28 cm Ø). Bake 4-5 pancakes at the same time: add 1 tablespoon of batter to the pan for each pancake and top with ½ a chocolate slice.
- Cover each pancake with 1 tablespoon of batter. Bake the pancakes over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn the pancakes over and bake for another 1–2 minutes. Keep the cooked pancakes warm on the baking sheet in the oven (100 °C). Repeat with the remaining pancakes.
- Drizzle the pancakes with a little maple syrup and serve with the ice cream. Serve the remaining maple syrup separately.
