Fish platter

Have you ever made a fish platter? Perhaps a nice idea for this weekend. Something different from cheese, sausage, or chips for a change. Ingredients
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1/4 red onion (finely chopped)
  • Pepper
  • Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 100 g smoked mackerel
  • 1 can of sardines in oil
  • 100 g Dutch shrimp
  • Tuna salad
  • Pickles
Method · 15 min
  1. Grab a large serving board.
  2. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Place the smoked salmon on the board and distribute the onion and parsley over the salmon. Sprinkle some ground pepper over it.
  3. Place the remaining fish on the board as well. Prepare the tuna salad according to the recipe and put it in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the pickles and serve the fish platter with some toasted bread. Enjoy your meal!
