Kabak Graten
2 tablespoons of flour, 3-3.5 cups of milk
Salt
grated fresh kashar cheese
For the zucchini: Slice the zucchini into half-centimeter rings. Drizzle olive oil into a rectangular glass baking dish and layer the zucchini slices, making sure there are no gaps. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper between each layer. Sprinkle grated fresh kashar cheese and diced sun-dried tomatoes in the center of the zucchini slices and layer again. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
For the béchamel sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and sauté. Then add the milk, salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg, and cook, stirring constantly. Once it thickens, remove from heat.
To assemble: Pour the prepared béchamel sauce over the zucchini slices after removing them from the oven, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with grated fresh kashar cheese and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
