Lavash Kebab

6 flatbreads

  • 750 gr. minced meat

1 handful of water

Salt

1 teaspoon of tomato paste

  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ cup sunflower oil

strained yogurt

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, water, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cut off the edges of the flatbreads and shape them into squares. Spread the prepared mixture over the flatbreads and stack them on top of each other. Then cut into 4 equal pieces and arrange them side by side, turning them over. Thread skewers through the bottom and cut into 5 equal pieces. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with wire racks and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. In a saucepan, mix the tomato paste, water, and sunflower oil. Brush the kebabs with this sauce and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for another 15 minutes. Spread yogurt on the bottom of a serving plate and arrange the prepared kebabs. Then drizzle the oil that has dripped from the tray over them and serve.
