Tiramisú Kolay
Ingredients for the Cream
- ½ cup flour ½ cup wheat starch
1 packet of vanilla
- 200 gr. fresh cheese
Cocoa
Pour hot water and soluble coffee granulated coffee into a mixing bowl, stir with a spoon, and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the flour, cornstarch, granulated sugar, egg yolks, and milk for the cream. Mix all the ingredients together before placing the saucepan on the stove. Then, place the saucepan over medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens but becomes slightly runny. Remove the cream from the heat and add the white chocolate, vanilla, and grated cheese, stirring well.
Spread a little of the prepared cream on the bottom of the serving dish. Then, dip the ladyfingers in the prepared coffee water and arrange them in a single layer in the dish. Drizzle more cream over them, covering all sides and edges. Sprinkle with cherries and continue layering.
Finally, cover the ladyfinger biscuits with the remaining cream. Let your dessert cool. Once completely cooled, sprinkle with cocoa and serve.
