Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce
2 cloves of garlic – crushed
- ½ cup chicken broth
Green parts of spring onions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, honey, soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, crushed garlic, chicken broth, and olive oil.
Place your oven-safe pan on the stovetop and heat it. Place the fish, skin side down, into the heated pan. Once the skin is crispy, flip the fish over. Then drizzle the sauce over them and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the green parts of the spring onions into thin, long strips. Then, place them in ice water and let them sit.
Once the salmon is out of the oven, transfer it to a serving plate and garnish with the prepared fresh scallions before serving.
