Meat 'N' Film: A gastronomic experience with the Titanic

In previous editions, the event has recreated menus from iconic films like Ratatouille, Home Alone, and Coco.
Chef Andrea Sayeg, from the Alay Alay taqueria and recognized as Best New Chef 2022, is the creative mind behind the menu, designed to transport you to the opulence of the Titanic with every bite.
The menu includes:
- Rose DeWitt Bukater – White tea mocktail with cranberry and lemon juice.
- Fabrizio De Rossi Snack – Pretzels, mixed American meat sausage, pickles and olives, paired with Cayaco beer from Cervecería Colima.
- Ruth DeWitt Salad – Endive salad with crispy onions, croutons and house vinaigrette, paired with Cote des Roses Chardonnay white wine.
- Caledon Hockley Soup – Potato and leek soup with American bacon, served with Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut.
- Jack Dawson Pork – American fried pork strips with french fries and tartar sauce, paired with Ticus Porter beer.
- Molly Brown Beef – Top sirloin with cranberry sauce and sauteed vegetables, paired with Cote des Roses Pinot Noir red wine.
- Thomas Andrews Table – Comté Cheese Les 3 Copines with assorted fruits.
- Tommy's Pie – Apple pie with vanilla ice cream, accompanied by Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac.
