  • 1 yeast cube
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 EL Kill
  • 500 g flour
  • 200g Spicy Salami

  • 4 tablespoons grated Emmental cheese

  1. Pour water into a measuring cup. Crumble in the yeast and mix with the sugar and salt. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Place the flour in a bowl. Pour the liquid and oil over the flour and knead with a hand mixer for at least 5 minutes. Finally, knead by hand for a few more minutes until the dough is smooth. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough and roll each out into a circle on a floured work surface. Preheat the oven to 240°C (465°F) using the top and bottom heat setting. Place the dough circles on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce and grated cheese over the dough. Now top both pizza bases with spicy salami. Halve the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes and distribute them evenly. Dot with pesto. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Enjoy! 😋
