Miso Gochujang Tofu stir fry

This easy Korean gochujang tofu stir-fry with miso peanut sauce is a quick and easy way to revive any end-of-the-week vegetables. Star ingredients are peanut butter, miso paste and goochujang, a fermented condiment used in many Korean dishes.

Korean Gochujang

Sambal oelek or other Asian chili sauce

Smooth peanut butter or almond butter

Carrots

Red and Green Bell Pepper

Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and blend until smooth then set aside.

Heat sesame oil in skillet, cook the tofu until golden brown then, bell pepper, carrots, salt, and blended sauce, mix until well combined.
