Start by preparing the salmon cream by pouring the mascarpone, the Chef Salmon Cream, salt and pepper into a tall-sided jug.
Blend everything with an immersion blender for a few minutes so that the ingredients mix perfectly together and place the cream in a piping bag.
At this point, arrange the Tuc biscuits on a serving plate and decorate with the salmon cream, the smoked salmon slices, a few rosemary needles and blackcurrant seeds.
If you want to make the dish more spectacular, you can also decorate it by adding lemon slices and pink peppercorns for a pop of color.
An extra idea: if you make this delicious recipe during the Christmas period, you can use the bread to create themed shapes, using cookie cutters.
Stars, fir trees, and baubles will make your canapés a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, giving you unique Christmas appetizers.
