- 110 ml Sunflower seed oil
- 120g Greek yogurt
- 300 cubes Custard with the addition of pineapple in syrup
- 50 g Chocolate Chip Cookies

I lined the bottom of a pan with a removable edge with baking paper, then I poured in the eggs and sugar one after the other, giving these two ingredients an initial mix.
Then I added the oil and flour in two batches, incorporating them into the mixture initially with a hand whisk, then with a rubber spatula.
Finally I added the Greek yogurt.
After mixing all the ingredients evenly, I covered the surface with spoonfuls of pineapple custard and chocolate chips.
I baked the Nua Cake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
I let the cake cool on a rack.
I decorated it with candied kumquats and powdered sugar.
