Recipe for chicken and cheese balls, submitted by Giselle Cirino

1. Mix all the ingredients (except the milk and breadcrumbs).

  • 100g of grated mozzarella
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup of wheat flour
  • 100g of shredded chicken
  • season to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • milk
  • breadcrumbs
Method · 40 min
  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the milk and breadcrumbs).
  2. Knead with your hands until you obtain a firm dough.
  3. Make small balls.
  4. Dip in milk and then in breadcrumbs, then refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Fry a few balls at a time in hot oil to prevent them from sticking together.
  6. Serve while hot.
