CREAMY SPAGHETTI WITH SAFFRON AND CRUSCO PEPPER POWDER

  • 1 sachet of saffron
  • 150 g Spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Crusco Pepper Powder

First, dissolve the saffron in very little hot water.

In a pan, mix the spreadable cheese with the melted saffron until you obtain a smooth cream.

Add the Senise sweet pepper powder to the cream and mix well.

Cook the spaghetti in salted water for just a few minutes.

We drain them and add them to the pan with the cream.

Let everything simmer over medium heat, adding the pasta cooking broth from time to time.

Once they are ready, season with salt, add a little pepper and stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Before serving, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Senise pepper powder.
