In a pan, sauté garlic, oil, chili pepper, parsley and shallot.
Add the chopped prawns, deglaze with the wine, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the gnocchi. Once they float to the surface, they're ready.
Add the cream to the prawns, the saffron and mix well over low heat.
Add the gnocchi and, what can I say, enjoy! A simple and delicate first course.
