1. Remove the casings from the sausages.
Ingredients · Servings 6
- 3 salt breads
- 100g of grated mozzarella
- 100g of sliced cheese
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 100 g of alleged
- 2 sausage links
- 1 small onion
- season to taste
Method · 50 min
- Remove the casings from the sausages.
- In a bowl, mix the sausage filling, grated cheese, grated ham, chopped onion, and cream cheese.
- Season to taste (oregano, peppers...)
- Cut the loaves in half and mash the crumb well.
- Place the mixture on each slice of bread until it is well coated.
- Bake in the oven, air fryer, or grill until the bread is crispy.
