Orange and chocolate donut

- Orange peel
- 300 g Flour
- 220 g sugar
- 125 g whole plain yogurt
- 16 g baking powder
- Egg
- 130 ml Sunflower oil
- 100 ml Orange juice
- 60 g Dark chocolate chips or squares
- 100 g dark chocolate

Procedure
In a bowl, mix the 00 flour and the baking powder.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the orange juice, orange zest, oil, and yogurt. Mix everything until smooth and lump-free, then add the sifted flour.
Beat the reserved egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture using a bottom-up motion. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a 22cm diameter bundt pan, previously greased and floured. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes (test with a toothpick).
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate together with the oil in a bain-marie.
