First, get some Ace fruit juice. (I made it with my juicer, freshly made at home, and it tastes better, more natural, and more genuine.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together; a hand whisk is also sufficient. Add the oil and fruit juice and mix.
Add the flour and yeast and mix until there are no more lumps.
Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper and grease it with seed oil, then pour in the batter. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. Baking time will also depend on your oven, so I recommend testing with a toothpick.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes, then remove from the mold and serve dusted with icing sugar.
