Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Prepare the homemade sauce by combining soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.

STEP 2.Thinly slice the meat and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

STEP 3.Heat a flat iron griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
