Chicken fried rice with hot dog.
Ingredients · Servings 4
- 2 cups of uncooked rice
- 7 units of San Fernando smoked chicken hot dogs
- 4 eggs
- Chopped scallions (white and green parts)
- finely chopped ginger
- Sillao
- Shall
- Pepper
- Chinese cinnamon
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Sesame oil
Method · 1 min
- Cook the rice with the same amount of water. Let it cool.
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and make an omelet. Cut it into squares.
- Slice the hot dog and brown the slices in a pan with a little oil. Set aside.
- In the same pan, with a little more vegetable oil and sesame oil, sauté the white part of the scallions and finely chopped ginger.
- Add the cooked rice and stir-fry well.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, Chinese cinnamon and ginger juice (grated ginger squeezed by hand).
- Add soy sauce, chopped pepper, and the egg omelet.
- The hot dog returns and is finished by sprinkling green onions.
