- Egg (for extra energy)
- 50g Sugar (plus a pinch for extra happiness)
- 10 g Fresh yeast
- 10 g Honey
- 1 pinch of salt (to give a salty touch to the dessert)
- Spreadable chocolate (to make you smile)

Combine all the ingredients and mix until you have a smooth dough.
Let it rest for about 2 hours.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and add the cream.
Roll up and cut in half along the long side to create the braid.
Place it in a round pan and let it rest for 40 minutes.
