Summer recipes, whatever you do

The summer dispersal of my website readers is just around the corner. Trips back and forth to recharge, or simply staying home to enjoy it in a different way, without rushing. In previous years, I've compiled this collection of summer recipes due to various circumstances, and it's been very useful.

Silence Beach, Asturias

The goal: to prepare lunch for the next day and avoid unnecessary hassle. Of course, cooking takes a little time, but remember that we come home from work and we really want to eat and enjoy that time!

Salads can be prepared the evening before, provided you don't add the vinaigrette, and if they are made with lettuce, that the lettuce is crisp and well-drained. Among other things:

All kinds of gazpacho are a must. Here are a few:

These ones I'm suggesting can be prepared in advance and heat up well:

For dessert, any fruit you fancy, or if you want something sweet, some express chocolate cups, for example.

Objective: to do less, the better.

Salads are all ideal for lazy people:

You also won't get a herniated disc if you do:

And for dessert, a no-bake apple tart or some fruit and yogurt cups, for example.

Objective: to not be in the kitchen until the last minute, but to do well and leave everyone with a good taste in their mouths.

I also want to remind you of a basic one: the collection of pâtés that we have published on webos:

For dessert, any of these cakes presented without the sponge or cookie bases and in individual glasses:

Or the desserts we've seen this year presented in glasses:

Don't forget the gummy candies for after the meal!

Objective: There are many of us, but we shouldn't have to give up on eating well.

For these occasions there is nothing like a good seafood rice, black rice, or fideuà.

Other options:

And for dessert, mango mousse, chocolate faux ice cream, or frozen oranges could be great.

Objective: to be able to make it in advance and have it taste delicious the next day.

Summer is when we're all more relaxed. It's a great time to prepare something simple for our children or nephews, and even encourage them to join us in the kitchen.

I hope you have a great summer: we will continue to publish new content for those of you who are at home.
