- Water (enough to cover the bananas)
- Sugar to taste (optional)
- Evaporated milk (or to taste)
- Ground cinnamon for garnish

- Place the pieces in a pot with enough water to cover them and cook over medium heat until completely soft.
- Blend the bananas with the water from their cooking, adding sugar to taste if needed.
- Add the evaporated milk and continue blending until the desired consistency is reached.
