Brazilian strawberry lemonade

Ever since my friends' wedding, where we made lemonade for 140 people, I can't stop thinking about how incredibly sweet lemonade is!!!

So I thought, if I'm going to make it, I might as well make it memorable. I created a new strawberry lemonade recipe with a little condensed coconut milk. It's absolutely amazing.

You can also use Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, which is more classic, and adjust the quantity to your taste. 🍓🥥

  • Serves 2 to 4
  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Rest-

Ingredients

  • 4 lemons, well washed and cut in half
  • 1 punnet of strawberries, well washed
  • 200g of condensed coconut milk (you can use regular sweetened condensed milk)
  • Ice, plenty of it.

Steps

-

Place the lemons and strawberries in the food processor, then add water (just enough to cover them). Pulse a few times to extract the juice, without completely crushing the lemons (see video).

-

Strain through a sieve to collect only the juice.

-

Pour the juice into the blender with the condensed milk (trying not to get it in your eyes!) and the ice cream.

-

Mix and enjoy.
