Nachos, Charcuterie Board Style
For those who love eating charcuterie boards but don't like taking the time to prepare them: Charcuterie Board-Style Nachos. I think a picture is worth a thousand words.

Ingredients
1 1/2 bags of kettle-cooked potato chips
225g of double cream brie, cut into cubes
170g of sharp cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
Approximately 100g of cured meats of your choice (salami, prosciutto, etc.)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Jam of your choice (fig, raspberry or blueberry)
Sliced pickles
Sliced olives
Chopped fresh herbs (basil and/or chives)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chips evenly on the baking sheet.
- Top with the brie and cheddar cubes, then add the deli slices. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until the brie is completely melted.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with small spoonfuls of jam, gherkins, and olives. Finish with chopped fresh herbs and serve immediately.
