The Cocas Festival in Dénia is back, offering a chance to discover traditional and creative recipes from its restaurants
Dénia is once again paying homage to one of its most deeply rooted culinary traditions with a new edition of the Coca Festival, an event that invites locals and visitors to explore the city through one of its most traditional dishes.
For almost a month, bars and restaurants in Dénia will offer the public a wide variety of cocas, from the most classic recipes to proposals with more innovative preparations, maintaining the essence of a dish linked to the local gastronomic culture.
The promotion will allow you to taste a coca accompanied by beer, wine, vermouth or water for 6.90 euros, an opportunity to discover the different versions that each establishment has prepared for this edition and enjoy a gastronomic route through different points of the city.
New: an APP
As a new feature and incentive for participants, the Coca Festival includes an official event app, through which users can view the available dishes, locate participating establishments, and rate their favorite cocas. Voting will also allow entry into various prize draws.
The process is simple: participants download the official app, register for free, visit participating restaurants, try their offerings, and vote for their favorite cocas. The app also features a live map to help locate participating restaurants.
