Nola's “White Jackets Festival” returns: pan-fried pizza, mixology, and solidarity

Nola (Naples) – Three days dedicated to the culinary arts, without rankings or competition, bringing together professionals, young people, students, and enthusiasts.

An event without competition – The event was created as an opportunity for different culinary and hospitality experiences to meet, gain visibility, and share experiences. Not a competition, therefore, but a gastronomic event where each participant can share their culinary vision and present it to the public, the media, and industry professionals.

Pan-fried pizza, cocktails, and pairings – Among the new features of the 2026 edition is a focus on pan-fried pizza, chosen for its versatility and its ability to showcase distinctive and contemporary ingredients. The focus will extend to mixology and pizza pairing, with cocktail and pizza pairings designed to create harmonies, contrasts, and new tasting experiences, bringing cuisine and beverage together.

Three days for professionals, students, and enthusiasts – November 3rd will be reserved for professional chefs and pastry chefs, while November 4th will be the turn of pizza makers and bartenders. The final day, November 5th, will be dedicated to culinary enthusiasts and hotel management students. Each participant will present a ready-made dish or dessert; pizza makers will bring a pan-fried pizza base to be topped with their own flair and imagination, while bartenders will create their own signature cocktails live. Professionals will receive the official event jacket, while enthusiasts and students will receive the event apron. All participants will also have the opportunity to share their experience through an interview broadcast live on the Casolaro Hotellerie Facebook page and will receive a gift kit from sponsoring companies.

Collaboration with the ANT Foundation – The commitment to solidarity has been confirmed again this year. The entire registration fee will be donated to the Campania branch of the ANT "Franco Pannuti" ETS Foundation, to support assistance, prevention, training, and research activities for cancer patients.

"Cooking becomes storytelling, identity, and collaboration" – Maria Vittoria Casolaro, head of the events division, emphasizes the spirit of the event: "For us, the Rassegna delle Giacche Bianche represents a moment of authentic encounter, where cooking becomes storytelling, identity, and collaboration. This year, too, we want to give space to those who are passionate about this world, from top professionals to young people to enthusiasts, in an atmosphere of openness and mutual appreciation. Throughout the three days, guests from the HoReCa sector will take turns, as usual, and there will be plenty of surprises and moments of sharing." The deadline for submitting registrations for the Rassegna delle Giacche Bianche is October 4, 2026. A PHOTO GALLERY BELOW
