Sixth Street Burgers bursts onto the scene in Puerto del Carmen with gourmet burgers
Puerto del Carmen welcomes a new gourmet burger restaurant to its culinary scene.
The restaurant features a bright and colorful decor, with an atmosphere marked by good vibes and a relaxed concept that seeks to offer the customer a different gastronomic experience.
Burgers are the core of their menu, made with select ingredients. Among their offerings is the classic burger, prepared with brioche bread, cheddar cheese, Oklahoma-style grilled onions, truffle mayonnaise, and bacon bits.
The menu also includes different varieties to suit different tastes, including a vegetarian and vegan option and the well-known Smash Burger, a preparation in which the meat is flattened on the griddle until it acquires its characteristic shape and texture.
Another highlight is the smoked burger, which is served directly at the table under a cloche filled with hickory wood smoke, making its presentation part of the experience.
The menu is rounded out with a variety of appetizers, such as nachos topped with shredded pork, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Also noteworthy are the cheese tequeños, a Venezuelan appetizer served with a slightly spicy red fruit and chipotle jam.
Desserts also play a prominent role on the menu, with homemade creations such as cheesecake, available with or without pistachio cream, chocolate brownie and a hot cookie served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Sixth Street Burgers' proposal also includes a selection of drinks and cocktails to accompany the different dishes or to enjoy a drink at the establishment.
With a concept that combines gastronomy, color and an aesthetic inspired by the American burger joints of the golden age, Sixth Street Burgers arrives in Puerto del Carmen with a menu focused on gourmet burgers.
